• Day 1: Friday, October 16, at Grizzly Ranch Golf Club
• Day 2: Saturday, October 17, at Plumas Pines Golf Resort
• 10:30 a.m. Shotgun both days
• Awards dinner at Longboards on Saturday
Format:
The Mountain Match Play format is a very unique format that will be fun for everyone and will allow all teams to compete in a traditional 2-person best ball match play competition in addition to a points competition all at the same time.
You and your partner will compete in a round-robin head-to-head match play competition in a traditional 2-person best net or gross ball format combined with a points game format where you receive 2 points for winning a hole, 1 point for tying a hole, and 0 points for losing a hole. The team with the most points in each flight is the flight winner.
Each 2-person team will play two 9-hole matches on day one at Grizzly and two 9-hole matches on day 2 at Plumas, followed by an awards dinner at Longboards Bar & Grill. A total of $3,200 in prize money will be awarded (based on a full field).
Entry Fee: $650 per two-person team
